ONLINE FUNDRAISING
If you have chosen to use the online fundraising tools and built your own personal page on our website, then you just need to make sure you collect and process all your donations by 30th June. You will even be able to accept cash & cheque donations, process them on your credit card, and provide instant tax receipts to your players and sponsors.
OFFLINE FUNDRAISING
Having decided to organise your game offline, we will have sent you a Host Banking Sheet. Once donations have been collected, you need to ensure that you send the funds to Alpha Autism Inc by 30 June 2009.
Make sure your Host Banking Sheet is completed. Gather all your donations in the one spot, make sure all cash/cheque and credit card numbers are accounted for and calculate how much you have raised.

BANKING YOUR FUNDS
There are several ways you can return your funds to
Alpha Autism Inc:
Commonwealth Bank
Take the money directly to Commonwealth Bank and use the deposit slip provided. It is important that you use the deposit slip provided, so that we can track funds back to you. Please note that Commonwealth Bank will only accept cash and cheque deposits.
Credit Card
Keep the money raised and transfer the funds to your credit card. You can bank the money online or via the Host Banking Sheet sent back to Alpha Autism.
Cheque/Money Order
Obtain a bank cheque or money order, made out to Alpha
Autism and post back with the donation sheet and Alpha Autism
will bank them.
Make sure you return your Host Banking Sheet to Alpha Autism. Without this sheet, we will not be able to receipt all the players and double check the money that has been raised and banked.
