Products and Services

	Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the application of any provision of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.

1	AAI does not warrant that any products or services advertised on the Website will be available; and
2	AAI excludes all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void.
	The products and services offered for sale by the AAI are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
	Some goods and services on this Website attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% if delivered in Australia. The GST inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.
	It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

Return Policy

	If you receive goods that are defective, unfit for any purpose reasonably expected for them or do not match the description on this Website, AAI at your option, replace the goods or provide a refund, provided that you return the goods to AAI 1939-1941 Malvern Rd East Malvern Victoria 3145 within a reasonable time. AAI asks that you return the goods in their original condition including packaging.

Delivery and handling charges on such returns are not refundable and are to be returned at the customer's cost and risk.
